Missoula is the perfect spot to make your home-base for 2 of the countries great national parks.  With all the fun things to do in the Missoula area it is easy to plan a vacation and just stay here but there are two beautiful national parks just outside of Missoula that can take a great vacation and make it even more memorable!

Missoula to Glacier National Park:

     Take a drive just 2.5 hours north of Missoula, through the beautiful Flathead Valley and explore the west entrance to Glacier National Park.  The gateway to stunning glaciers, the world-famous Going to the Sun Road and crystal clear lakes.

Missoula to Yellowstone National Park:

     Just 4 hours Southeast of Missoula visitors will find the western entrance to America's first National Park.  Yellowstone National Park is known for it's geysers, and rainbow pools of water, bison roaming, and one of a kind views.
