Spring is filled with great moments in and around Missoula. Here are a few of our favorite spring moments!
Garden City comes to life:
As the temperature begins to warm up in Missoula, also known as the Garden Garden City, the trees and flowers come to life. Budding leaves on the trees, cherry blossoms, wildflowers and the Iris Garden at Fort Missoula welcome in the new season all around the valley.
Farmers Markets open:
Each spring the outdoor markets begin setting up with their fresh produce, baked items, arts, and goods. There are 3 Saturday markets in Missoula, along with 2 week-day markets as well.
Days become longer:
With the warmer weather, comes more sunshine and longer days. The long nights of winter are over and it is a great reason to get out and enjoy the fresh air. Take a ride through Missoula, see the outdoor art exhibits or hike up the M trail or take a walk from the
Comfort Inn University Hotel with your pets and spend the afternoon at the dog park. These are just a few of the ways to get outside and enjoy the longer days of spring.
